Use the notes below to write what a teacher narrated about a case of bullying that happened to one of her students.

This is what Adel's teacher narrates about his case:
Adel is an excellent student but a bit timid. One day, he didn't attend school, which is not part of his habits .Therefore, I wanted to know why he was absent. His classmates told me that he was in hospital after he had been bullied by a group of youngsters who dropped out of school and lived in Adel's neighbourhood. They wanted him to do the same. They were jealous of him because of his promising future.
That day, they were waiting for him at the corner of his street. When he got there, they grabbed him and hit him hard till he fell down unconscious on the ground. Now, he is in hospital and is going to stay there for a fortnight. My colleagues and I visited him and encouraged him to go back to school and informed him that he would have a special programme to catch up the lessons he missed during his stay in hospital.
The school headmistress organized a meeting with the local authorities to look for concrete solutions that would reinforce the security around the school and its neighbourhood.
