Exam Stress
It’s exam time again, but how do you manage? Leave your studying until the last minute and stop everything you enjoy and study all the time .Is it the right thing to do? Or is there another strategy to follow? All you need is to organize your time.
First of all , you need to begin studying early .If you just revise the day before ,you will definitely get stressed ! Just prepare a study plan and stick to it. In this way, you will make sure you complete everything on time . You will also be much calmer and a lot more relaxed.
Secondly, you have to eat well and get enough sleep. If you have plenty of energy and your mind is rested, you will be able to think more clearly.it is also a good idea to go for a walk, for example or have a snack with friends. Don’t forget you need to find time to relax and have fun. This can help to clear the mind.
All in all , what you need is to plan your time carefully .If you do this, exam stress will not be a problem.

Dear Betsy,
You asked me this morning how to deal with exam stress. I’m also a bit stressed about sitting for the BEM Exam .I think that it would be abnormal if students didn’t stress before exams. Of course , we shouldn’t also stress too much .We need a little stress that will make us think about the things to do so as to get ready for the D.DAY I mean the BEM Exam.
First of all, you need to have a time-table in which you organize the activities that you do after school hours .you should dedicate time for all the subjects of the BEM. Thirty minutes for the subjects with few lessons and one hour for the main subjects .Specialists suggest revising early in the morning .
Secondly, some subjects require pair work or group work like math and physics .If I were you, I would choose to work with students who are hardworking and ready to help one another.
Last but not least, it is important to include in your time table an hour or two for relaxation. You could do your favorite sport such as playing tennis , running or swimming. You could also watch your favorite TV program or listen to music or read a book. Anyway whatever activity you enjoy doing.
We can always talk about it whenever you need my friend. Both of us are living an important event .Believe me once we get over it, we will feel stronger. So don’t worry because the best is yet to come.
Yours,
John.
