Formal and informal messages/letters
- A formal letter is the one you send to the manager of a firm, the headmaster of a school or a person you are not familiar with.
- An informal letter is the one you write to people who are close to you like your family and friends. Therefore, it is important to distinguish between formal and informal Letter-greetings and endings.
